Description: This one of a series of photos taken at Slow Fashion Fest Fall 2022 show held at Factory on Fifth. This was the first Slow Fashion Festival Event I photographed. It was a challenging project because I had little experience doing runway fashion photography at that time. I am pleased with the work I did capturing this event though. I chose to capture the runway show as well as the folks attending the event and some behind the scenes images too. I like to attempt to capture several aspects of events in this way.
Shot on 35mm film with a Nikon F2 AS camera using a Nikon SB -24 flash. I love the process of working with this vintage equipment from the 1970's and 1980's as well as how durable it is. This allows me to continue the long life of this gear and not buy newer equipment which tends to have a much shorter life span and be less repairable.
